Pastoral staff
Our pastors are educated and ordained to preach, teach, counsel, administer the sacraments, and shepherd the congregation of Grace.

Rev. John Shaw
shaw@graceopc.orgJohn began his labors as the Pastor of Outreach and Evangelism at Grace OPC in 2024. Having grown up in this congregation, where he professed his faith and began to raise a family with his wife, Anne, this is a joyful coming home for John. He graduated from Geneva College in 1995 with degrees in political science and economics. John worked in various political arenas for eight years before attending seminary and graduating with his M.Div. from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2006. He served seven years as church planter and then pastor of Mission OPC in St. Paul, MN. For the past eleven years, he served the Orthodox Presbyterian Church by leading the Committee on Home Missions and Church Extension, a committee responsible to assist in planting new churches throughout North America. He hopes to apply those experiences at this growing church, as we seek to reach people with the gospel and eventually, by God’s grace, plant other churches throughout central Ohio.

Rev. Jonathan Shishko
shishko@graceopc.orgJon was called to minister at Grace in 2020. Jon had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home and learning about the faith from childhood. He made a public profession of faith when he was fourteen. In 2004, Jon graduated from St. John’s University with a finance degree and worked in New York City as a banker for four years. During that time he was ordained to serve as a deacon at the Orthodox Presbyterian church in Franklin Square, NY. From 2008 to 2011, Jon continued to work in finance part-time while attending Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary where he received his M.Div. After graduation, Jon was called to an Orthodox Presbyterian Church plant in Queens, NYC. From 2011 to 2019, Jon worked as an intern, Evangelist, and Pastor to Reformation Presbyterian Church. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2012. Jon and his wife, Lauryn, have three children: Caleb, Kate, and Ethan.

Rev. James Stafford
stafford@graceopc.orgJames received his M.Div. from Mid-America Reformed Seminary and was ordained in November 2022. After seminary, he served as a yearlong intern in Springfield, Ohio, working with a group of Spanish-speaking Christians. His desire to see the church grow in Latin America continues to periodically take him abroad. James and his wife Dana both grew up at Grace, and James has a special concern to see the next generation hold fast to the Christian faith as they mature into adulthood. James and Dana have one daughter and one son.
